BMC HCAP

Following the success of the seminar held in 1998, BMC's Hut Co-ordination & Advisory Panel (HCAP) are running a 2nd Huts Seminar. The objective of this seminar is to provide a forum to discuss owning, running, improving and using huts. BMC recognises that considerable expertise and understanding exists within clubs operating huts, so we do hope that you will be able to attend to share your knowledge and also hear from other clubs. The seminar is open to all BMC member clubs and individuals, whether hut owners or users.

Preliminary agenda includes:

  • Work of HCAP (including Users’ Survey and Hut List)
  • Building regulations update
  • Hut management options
  • Community issues and Hut Policy
  • Rating policies

Short presentations will introduce informal exchange of ideas among participants
